Screenmedia are an award winning agency, with a strong portfolio of clients from around Scotland, and beyond. I worked as an intermediary to some incredibly talented designers and developers, primarily to create front-end templates for the web. An agile, progressive enhancement methodology was adopted by the agency to ensure the highest standard of work was being produced. My work was also subjected to rigorous testing for cross browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WAI). Our work was regularly backed up using version control.
I was responsible for research into mobile and tablet development also, and helped the agency take their first steps towards responsive web design – eventually completing multiple websites which would adapt responsively to the available screen size.
Alongside my expected workload, I also developed my skills in photography (see above), user experience (UX) design, wireframing and site architecture design, testing, copywriting and technical documentation.
Some of the projects I have worked on with Screen media are:

- BMT Group (responsive website)
- Tate London – Gallery of Lost Art (blog)
